Objet non identifié : Peut-être le bout d'un manche de cuillère représentant Ste Catherine d'Alexandrie (avec la roue de son supplice) ou Ste Madeleine, tenant la croix (avec une couronne d'épines) et le saint Graal ?

That will reinforce my theory of the representation of the faith as a women warrior having the cross on one hand and the chalice in another, dressed as we called it "á lá romana" (as a roman warrior) crushing the heresy...if you want i can send you some images of that representation, there are many here in Portugal as a roman catholic country that we are, and following the directives after the Trento Council about representation of Saints and other iconography...

Sou de portugal e tenho uma ideia do que se possa tratar. Sera provavelmente uma alegoria a fe crista. Em muitas fachadas de igrejas em portugal existem representadas as cinco virtudes. A fe geralmente e representada como tenho um calice na mao e a cruz na outra. Esta imagem alem disso esta representada vestida a la romana, com armadura guerreira (defesa da fe?)

Désolé Patrick ! Aucune idée de ce qui se trouve à ses pieds (si tant est qu'il y ait quelque chose). Je vois surtout un truc informe non identifiable.

Auriez-vous au moins une idée du type d'objet à défaut d'identification claire de la sainte représentée ?

Pouvez-vous essayer de déterminer ce qui se trouve aux pieds de cette jeune femme triomphante, si c'était un dragon/monstre/poisson/baleine j'aurais alors une idée d'identification ?
